YK60 Oscillating Granulator:
The oscillating granulator is used for making granules of different sizes in food industry, health products, medicine, chemicals, test materials and other industries. After being dried, the materials will be pressed into molded products. The oscillating granulator is the common equipment for making granules, solving the problems of flying dust and high solubility. The machine is widely used, producing uniform granules whose sizes range from 0.5 to 3.5mm. Typical products are: medical dissolved granules, Banlangen granules, ginger tea granules, lotus root starch granules, etc.
Operating principle
The oscillating granulator makes granules by forcing the mixture of wet powder through the screen mesh under the clockwise and reverse rotation of the rotary cylinder. It can also be used widely for crushing pressed pieces into granules
In food industry this machine is used for processing candy, sugar mixture, malt, milk etc. In chemicals and medicine industries, it is used for making mixed powder into granules, which will be pressed into tablets after they are dried. It can also crush the agglomeration that occurs in storage or chemical process. In other industries, this machine can be used to turn the mixed materials such as ceramics and plastics into granules.
Users need to choose the proper size of the mesh according to the size of the granule and the mesh will not be provided. Uses have to get your own mesh prepared. This machine does not apply to solid, fluid, slurry or grinding.
